About Us

The Irondequoit Theatre Guild is a not-for-profit community theatre organization founded in 1976 (as the Brighton Theatre Guild) to provide quality theatre productions.  As the ITG, we have been a classic over-the-edge musical theatre with one goal: to encourage students in the performing arts and to assist them in reaching their fullest potential by providing scholarships to high school seniors (who will be majoring in the arts) and contribute to on going productions and summer programs.

Over the past 32 years, we have accomplished this goal and will continue to strive and maintain these goals and reputation as an active participant in the Irondequoit Community.

Each year one full-scale Broadway musical production is produced, which is presented in the Spring, alternating among the Irondequoit area high school auditorium facilities.

We welcome participation in all aspects of theatre productions.
